1.1 Without prejudice to the EU Customer’s statutory right of withdrawal as outlined v Section 6, Customer may cancel a Contract and vrácení any delivered Provyct to On for any reason, provided that Customer notifies On v writing within thirty (30) calendar days of the doručení date.

1.2 To notify On about such vrácení request and initiate the vrácení process, Customer must follow the process as described na the Site v the Returns and exchanges section of the FAQs ).

1.3 The Provycts must be returned to On v their original condition, meaning unused, aamaged, clean and v the original packaging.

1.4 Once Customer has notified On about its intention to cancel the Contract and vrácení the Provycts v accordance with the Sections 1.1 to 1.3 above, any sum debited by On will be refaed within thirty (30) calendar days of the receipt of the returned Provyct at On's warehouse.

1.5 Customer may výměna the ordered Provyct for another Provyct aer certain conditions fully at On's discretion and as further described na the Site v the Returns and exchanges section of the FAQs. Exchange is always subject to stock availability. The Provyct to be exchanged must be returned v accordance with On's vrácení zásady set out v Sections 1.1.-1.4 above.
